SonnetUK LTD (including the company divisions known as Sonnet Design and Sonnet Hosting, and referred to hereafter as SonnetUK, Sonnet, 'we', 'our' and/or 'us') is a privately held Limited company incorporated in and operating from the UK. All customers are required to read our General Policies before using our services.

Customers signing up for our web hosting services (provided under the Sonnet Hosting brand) are required to read our Web Hosting Policies in addition to the General Policies.

Specific terms and conditions of service for customers commissioning website design or re-design and those requesting long-term maintenance contracts will be set out in the project contract. Customers ordering other web design services should ensure they have read the General Policies.

Customers engaging a combination of our services are required to read all policies relevant to those services.

By placing an order with us or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our legal policies.
